Leon Davenport , Principal, has served as a public sector Professional Engineer in Tennessee and Georgia for more than 20 years. For the last six years, Leon served as the County Engineer for Chatham County where he managed all facets of construction projections including the $100 million renovation of the Chatham County Detention Center, the construction of the New Memorial Stadium, and more than $250 million in transportation projects. Well versed in the regulations of the Georgia Department of Transportation, local government, and private development, Leon provides professional consulting for project management, development, engineering, right of way acquisition oversight and professional witness services.
Leon specializes in the use of local sales tax to design, construct, and bring to fruition citizen funded projects that include all facets of infrastructure.
